Tubing is getting shorter and shorter as I have to keep cutting off the split bit.

Part of order was incorrect, no help from customer service
It arrived after a week from ordering online! It feels very sturdy, well-made and when compared to my Littmann Classic II SE - I can't honestly tell the difference. It's a bit longer than the Littmann and the rubber feels softer and more pliable. All in all, I hope it lasts me a while as my alternate stethoscope at work.
