The thermometer showed only 36.2 after 10 seconds but I knew this was wrong so I kept it longer. After 2 minutes (which was the recommended time in the manual for most accurate reading) it showed 36.6. After 4 minutes it showed 36.8.

Not calibrated correctly
Good construction but the temperature isn't calibrated correctly. It gives a lower body temperature of about 1 degree
